A New Day

This is a blend that I use each morning, it helps me to get my day started. It adds a boost of energy, clarity and focus. Mugwort, Lobelia, Rosemary, Spearmint, Orange Peel, Chamomile, Lavender and St. John's Wort are what gets me going. Each herb having a very specific amounts gives this blend it's majik!  All of which will help with lifting your mood and help you to focus. This blend can be used to drink (hot or cold), smoked (rolled or burned as incense), spiritual bath or even a floor wash.
